Life Coaching

  • For people seeking direction and focus in life, personal or professional. Whether wanting to set meaningful goals but don’t know where to start or already successful and looking to push to the next level.

  • Coaching is a tool that is used to empower individuals and help them reach their goals; it is a structured conversation between the Coach and the Client.

During a coaching session your coach will walk by your side to help you to reach your ultimate goals and aspirations. They will listen, ask questions, find out what your challenges are and inspire you to reach that end goal.

You will be encouraged to make decisions and take responsibility for these decisions.

  • People get life coaching when they want to move from where they are too where they want to be - faster, with support, clarity, and accountability.

Coaching is tailored to the client’s specific goals, challenges and progress.

    Examples might include:

Looking to improve leadership, productivity or work-life balance.

Life changes like career shifts, relocation or retirement.

    Improving confidence, self-discipline or communication.

Wanting strategies to sustain success without burnout.

  • Sessions can be completed over the phone or via video call, which ever the client prefers.

Preparation is very important for the coaching session so you are encouraged to spend 15 minutes prior to the session taking yourself to an environment where you will not be disturbed, with a drink and feeling refreshed to relax.

You will also need to ensure that you have a pen and paper to hand and any other items that you may think will be useful such as a diary.

  • 45 minute sessions are booked on a weekly/bi-weekly basis at a time that suits both coach and client. Coaching hours are between 9am and 8pm Monday - Friday.

Direction, in the context of health and well-being, refers to having a clear sense of purpose, goals, and a path to follow in various aspects of your life.

It provides structure, motivation, and a sense of fulfillment, contributing significantly to your overall physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

Let's delve deeper into how direction impacts different areas of health and well-being:

Mental Clarity and Focus:

Having a sense of direction helps you focus your thoughts and actions on specific goals. It reduces mental clutter and provides clarity, making it easier to make decisions and prioritize tasks. This can lead to reduced stress and improved mental well-being.

Motivation and Drive:

When you have a clear direction, you're more likely to stay motivated to pursue your goals. Whether it's improving your fitness, excelling in your career, or maintaining relationships, knowing where you're headed keeps you driven and enthusiastic.

Resilience: Direction provides a sense of purpose during challenging times. When you face obstacles, having a clear goal in mind can help you stay resilient and focused on overcoming difficulties, enhancing your emotional well-being.

Sense of Purpose: Direction gives your life meaning and purpose beyond day-to-day activities. It helps answer the question "why am I doing this?" Having a sense of purpose contributes to a more fulfilled and satisfied life.

Physical Health:

A direction for physical health encourages you to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain, or overall well-being, having a fitness goal can improve your physical health by motivating you to exercise regularly and make better nutritional choices.

Relationships:

In relationships, direction involves setting intentions for communication, empathy, and shared goals. This ensures that relationships remain healthy and fulfilling, contributing positively to your emotional health.

Self-Care and Well-being:

Direction extends to self-care practices, such as meditation, relaxation, and hobbies. Having a direction in self-care reminds you to take time for yourself, reducing stress and promoting emotional balance.

Personal Growth:

Direction encourages continuous learning and personal development. It pushes you to step out of your comfort zone, learn new skills, and explore your potential, leading to increased self-confidence and self-improvement.

Work-life balance:

Having a clear direction helps you strike a balance between your professional and personal life. It enables you to set boundaries and allocate time for both work and leisure, reducing burnout and improving your overall well-being.
